I put freakin everything I see that I want on there... haven't logged back in since the add-items-from-any-site-to-your-wishlist feature started, thank god.. I'll be stuck on there for a few days haha. Just organise them into seperate lists like furniture/kitchen/books(maybe more specific.. mine are Dewey'd :b)/etc.
